Steel belt reinforced corrugated pipe

Bellows Type

The U- shaped steel belt composite PE material is used to greatly improve the pipe without increasing the cost . Under the same weight, the strength is greatly improved compared with  . It can solve a series of problems such as heavy load, and the advantages of large-diameter pipes are more obvious. The diameter of the produced pipe ranges from DN300mm to DN2400mm , and the ring stiffness is maintained above 8KN/m2 . It is lighter and stronger than  other plastic pipes.

The compounding of each layer is carried out in the molten state of the plastic; it is completely different from the secondary melting and molding of winding tubes (hollow wall tubes), so the layers are completely bonded and the fastness is very high.

The surface of the steel strip is specially pretreated to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel, the adhesion between steel and plastic, and improve  . The plastic raw materials  in a fully molten state , and the overall structure of the pipe is strong and reliable. Due to the use of special materials and processes that not only solve the anti-corrosion problem of steel plates but also the adhesion between steel plates and PE materials, the service life of the pipes is the same as that of pure  , guaranteed to be more than 50 years.

It can be connected by electric hot melt,  internal and external extrusion welding or a combination of multiple connections. The connection is firm and reliable, which can make the pipeline leak-free.

Pipe properties

  1.  not corroded by pollution, wastewater and chemicals , and not corroded by rotten substances in the soil;
  2. Impact resistance: The pipewall adopts a “U” -shaped structure, which is impact-resistant and pressure-resistant. It will not break even when the foundation sinks. It has strong recovery ability after deformation and has good adaptability to the foundation;
